A few things to consider before booking your appointment. All of our services are customized to the client, with this being said we want to ensure the quality of your service is the absolute best. A deposit is required for a handful of our services, because of the extended amount of time needed . Deposits will be applied to the service and are nonrefundable.
Our Policies are as followed: A 24 hour grace period to cancel or reschedule your appointment as needed. deposits will be applied to new appointment. A phone call and/or text message will be sent to confirm all appointments. A "NO SHOW" fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged to all guests who no show or no call . We understand that life happens if you are running late please call the salon or your stylists we will be more than willing to accommodate to your needs
